I’ve always been passionate about mental health, healing, and the transformative power of coaching. My own journey through self-discovery and belonging taught me the importance of having a safe space to explore who we are beneath our stories. Through this path, I discovered that somatic and mindfulness-based coaching offers a compassionate and effective way to reconnect with ourselves, release old patterns, and live authentically.
As a Hakomi-informed mental health coach, my work is grounded in presence, care, deep listening, and somatic awareness. I believe healing happens through the body as much as the mind, and I’m especially passionate about embodiment practices that support self-expression, connection, and meaningful transformation.
I work with a diverse community of clients who are ready to align with their values, strengthen their relationships, and step into more grounded and empowered versions of themselves. Whether navigating personal growth, life transitions, or career shifts, I bring a calm, intuitive, and compassionate presence to support their journey.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring years of experience in the biotechnology industry across Human Resources, Product, and Project Management, supported by an MBA from Santa Clara University. Before that, I spent years running a thriving horse training and teaching business, where I learned the art of nonverbal communication, trust, and presence—skills that deeply inform my coaching today.
